I just bought a Dell XPS 8700 that came with a Nvidia GT 650 1GB card. I would like to upgrade my card to the best possible card based on these conditions:

-Nvidia GTX series
-460watt power supply compatible
-At least 2GB of Video RAM
-Not requiring any additional power from pin connectors.

I don't know if this is at all possible, but any help would be greatly appreciated.

I used to have an xps 8500 (same 460W PSU) and ran a 560ti in it for a year with no problems. That PSU has 2 PCIe power connectors (maybe you didn't see them) and puts out 32A on the 12 volts rails so it can handle most mid-range cards.

The card you're at is basically the best you can do on that power supply. If you want to go up from there, you will have to get a better PSU.

You could move up to a Nvidia GeForce GTX 650 Ti Boost 2GB, but the minimum requirement there is 450W, and won't be a huge jump from the regular 650. Your PSU will have to have the necessary PCIE connectors as well.
