Hi,

Recently I bought new card which is Gigabyte HD 7870 OC Edition and I decided to buy new one but I would like to have a little bit better card than this.

I bought this card for £150

my budget is £180

Card can be from Nvidia or Radeon.

I am not planning to overclock

I have monitor 20" and playing on 1600x900

My computer specification:

motherboard: asrock h61m-s
cpu: i5 3570
psu: XFX ProSeries 550W Power Supply Unit (Core Edition)
ram: 8gb kingston (2x4gb)

I am looking for some good offers
Thanks

At that resolution, I really don't think you will profit more with a better gpu. Still, if you want some noticeable performance difference between hd 7870oc and a new gpu then get r9 280x. It's not worth selling your current gpu and getting just a bit better gpu. I say wait a while, save more money and sell this gpu so you will afford a high end gpu.

you could buy a second 7870 and make it a crossfire configuration, although i have heard there can be some problems doing that with 7870's. I currently use a 7870 and find no problems with framerate. Are you finding it slow?

You can't even get a GTX 760 - your better sticking with what you have and save up till your budget is around £250. Then you could afford an R9 280x or something along those lines.
