Radeon HD 7750 and R7 240 Crossfired

Are they compatible for crossfire mode? Do I need the crossfire cable? or just plug them on the pci port wil do?

No, Hd 7750 outperforms r7 240 and also r7 250, So basically they are two different gpus. You can on cfx two similar or two exact same gpus. So the answer is no.

Ok thank you guys, and if i buy The same card will i need a bridge or something? doesnt matter if its a different mark right? The one of mine is a powercolor radeon hd 7750 and i wanna buy The xfx hd 7750, do i need the bridge? those two are compatible right?

Yes, they are compatible. And I think those gpus do come with croosfire bridge in the box. Still ,if you don't mind me giving you an advice, then sell your hd 7750 and get a stronger single gpu instead. Save more money if you have to, so that you will be able to afford a gpu like hd 7870 or gtx 660ti.
Crossfire is the best option only if you have a strong enough gpu when upgrading it wouldn't be worth it.
