Hello; For some reason my wireless netgear connected to my computer stopped working so I went to walmart & purchased a new N-300 netgear. Uninstalled the old netgear & tried to install the new netgear from the disc. It gets as far as asking to plug it into the computer then a blue light comes on the netgear & that's it, it gets stuck & stops right there. Now what? please help. Thank you.

Open your web browser.
In the address bar, type routerlogin.net and press <Enter>
For Username type admin
For password type password
Click Login
The Netgear "Genie" utility should open and it will assist you with completing the router setup process.
