I looked at the ASUS R9 290x and found out it will support 3 monitors in Eye Infinity, like Nvidia. I have an Nvidia and disappointment that 3 monitors is its maximum under Surround mode.
Someone please tell me a card to research and buy and please, I don't want to do cross fire
Monitors are Sony HD 42 inch and best mode for me is Portrait view (takes up less desk space)
Forgot to mention that with these new monitors I don't want to go cheap on the card. The new card should be able to display from text to Crysis3 and Battlefield4 games at high FPS
One other question is (under Eye Infinity) can you setup 4 monitors (as like one) or do you have to have 5 monitors? I have read that 1,2,3,5 monitors but cannot find if 4 will work or not,
