Nothing new I do not think till next year from Intel. Looking at your sig, you already have a 3770k. Why would you want to build a 4770k rig?

The Haswell refresh is coming out in a few months I've heard. It's rumoured that it will only be mobile CPUs though, and if the desktops do get refreshed then it will only be a little clockspeed boost anyway.
Broadwell will probably be out late this year or early next year, but they will be expensive as expected.
I'd say now's a pretty good time to buy.

So you are looking to just downsize then? I would probably just sell your current board and buy a new M-ATX Z77 board.

If you just replace your current board and reuse the 3770k, you could go with a 780ti for less. For a bit more, you could get 2, r9 290.
