Will my PSU be able to handle this?

Pretty sure I asked this a few days ago but I made a mistake in the post so didn't get accurate feedback. So just asking again, my PC has the following specs:
Intel i5-4670K
24GB RAM (don't ask why, just had lying around, planning on selling 8GB of it soon)
ASUS GTX 780(Just bought, the reason for me asking this question)
1TB HDD
ELITE power 500W PSU (built-in)
I basically want to know if this PSU is going to be enough to handle my recent GPU addition (the 780) or if I'll have to wait til my next paycheck to get another one. I'm really eager to get it set up today and start using it but don't want to risk messing anything up. If not, can you give any recommendations on what type of wattage I'll need, and maybe even a specific PSU model that would be a good option to go for for this build? Thanks in advance.

Yeah i would never trust a 780 on a 500w PSU, even in paper, the psu would have to be 100% efficient.
You have to replace that PSU, get at least 750/800W so you have some breeding room. Corsair, antec XFX should

Yes 700-800 would be good but should be at least 80+ Bronze and from a good reliable brand like Corsair, Seasonic, PC Power and Cooling, XFX, Silverstone, Enermax, OCZ and Antec.

It won't. It will but just in case, make sure you get a 600W PSU. I run a 5GHz FX-8350 and a GTX 770 @ 1350MHz on a GS800. I just like to be sure all my overclocked components get full efficiency as well as power all the time. In this particular case, you want to make sure that 780 dont passed out due to power lol.

500W can only handle gtx 760. Sell your RAM and buy a new PSU with 700W+ power
