I upgraded my CPU to an AMD FX-6300 a few days ago and HWiNFO is showing my cores maxed out;
The rest of my setup is;
OCZ 550w PSU
M5A78L-M LX V2 MOBO
4GB DDR3 RAM
HD 7750 GPU
They jump up and down constantly with no programs open, is this normal?
Task manager says CPU usage is between 0-2% and nothing seems to slow down or become unresponsive.
