Not worth it. FX-8320 can handle all games up-to-date and future upcoming games for the time being.

Well are you planning on doing a heavy overclock? If so yes it will give you more headroom but if you have great cooling there is no reason the 8320 couldn't get almost as far.

The average overclock for the two is less than 100mhz different. It is not worth getting the FX 8350.
