Windows can't detect GPU

The day before my graphic card was working fine but then when I turned on my computer yesterday the resolution settings were changed. I'm not sure what caused it but I let my brother use it last and I noticed the time was reset too. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the GPU drivers and it's still the same. I keep getting the error message "No AMD graphic drivers is installed, or the AMD driver is not functioning properly. Please install the AMD driver appropriate for your AMD hardware." I checked device manager and in the device status section it says "This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)"

Any idea how I can resolve this?

Those types of things always seem to happen when someone else is on my computer.

Reinstall the drivers or right click them and "update driver software" in device manager and it should find them.

I honestly don't think it wouldn't detect your graphics card due to CMOS getting cleared as that would be stored on the OS. May explain the time reset though.

I did but it only says it's the latest software. I re-installed the drivers from the disk after uninstalling it too. Still doesn't help.

Did that twice and I still get the message. Not sure about the CMOS battery though.

Try another GPU if you can. This will isolate the problem, if your GPU is faulty or not. And if you are getting wrong time and date try a new CMOS battery, its cheap to try.
