I have files on the hard drive I don't want to lose. It was working but now gets the "Cycle Redundancy Check", "disk not formatted, would you like to format it now?". The hard drive has Two Partitions, and I can access the files fine on the first partition, error free. Do you have a solution on how I can repair this partition without losing my files?
Thank you for your help. Sincerely, Sonnybud.

Run Chkdsk. If the errors are minor it will fix it and you will be able to access the partition.

Though these are signs of a failing drive imo clone the disk immediately and then run a bad sector diagnostics. If they're too many of them and the drive is under warranty then RMA it.
