You can' t guess if a cooler with fit by just looking at a picture. We would need the model/name/manufacturer of your Case in order to give you proper measurements.

I would, but this case is very old. Maybe 6-7 years old. I'll try and look into and see if I can give you a name.
Based on the fit of that power supply (which will be a standard 150mm wide) and that rear fan mount (which I'm guessing is for an 80mm fan), I'm pretty sure a Hyper 212 EVO won't fit in that case. If you can't find the make and model of case, you could just measure the height available yourself.

No, the main thing is to measure the perpendicular distance from the surface of the cpu's integrated heat spreader to the side of the case. The "height" of a cpu cooler is measured in the direction that is up when the cpu and motherboard are horizontal and face up.

I don't have a problem if its too big in height, I don't mind keeping the side panel off. Hell, I'd even cut a hole in it so the cooler master logo could be see through. I'm just worried about it touching over components within the computer.
That motherboard has nothing that would interfere with a Hyper 212 EVO, and you've already got memory without heatspreaders, so you don't have to worry about them interfering.

So in other words I'm cleared to use this cpu cooler?
