Will this PSU hold this System well?

PSU- Corsair vs 650w , has 50 Amps on +12v rail.

System - 8120,8gb,only 1 fan for now , 1hdd ( 160 gb , I usually keep my stuff in my 500gb external hard drive )

Will this PSU run this system nicely?

Edit: GPU will be r9 280x ( soon going to buy ).

It will work perfectly fine but is overkill if that is all you are running. If you plan on adding a video card later (why else would you mention the amperage on the 12V rail?), then 650W is fine to keep but with what you are running right now you could probably get away with a 300W. Nothing in what you listed above is drawing all that much power.
