enternet explorer not working

My pc told me to go to settings to update and install. when I did it notified me that I would need to reinstall several apps most I know but several have me worried. Like HD audio driver, then there are several Microsoft redistributable then there are numbers after. Those are the ones I fear I may need to purchase a disk for, I am new to computers, so I'm not to sure of what to do. I cant get online with internet Explorer, it don't work anymore, google tells me I'm missing a flash player but I know I have one cause I can get on th CW and watch my programs. What to do???????????????

Uhm okay, yeah sounds like your computer PROBABLY got Malware infection most likely. If your that new to computers and can't get online, then you need someone to look it over IN FRONT OF YOUR COMPUTER, which would mean take it to BestBuy or a mom and pop PC store to clean it up (yeah your looking at a expense of around $100 or more for that help).

Have you downloaded and run MALWAREBYTES to run a full scan and clean the PC? What Antivirus do you use? If Microsoft Security Essentials (MSE) that is garbage and you need to uninstall it. Then go to www.filehippo.com and download / install AVAST! or AVG and have them to a FULL SCAN of your computer. Remove anything reboot, repeat until your system is reported CLEAN by the scans. If all this is TOO CONFUSING, then my first option (ABOVE) is your ONLY solution.
