Best CPU cooler for i5 3570k that I will overclock?

I need a good CPU cooler that will fit with these specs:

- i5 3570k overclocked

Note that I already have one 120mm fan on the top of the case.

Measure the room in your case for a tower type cooler.
They are more efficient.
The best ones will be about 160mm tall.
They will use 120 or 140mm fans.
The cm hyper212 is about $30.
It will do the job for a conservative OC.

The very best would be Noctua nh-d14 or phanteks at $75 or so.

Dimensions: 18.60" x 7.50" x 16.90"

The CPU and MB have not arrived in the mail yet, so I just want to be prepared to get the aftermarket cooler.
