I buy a new MSI HD R7750-1GD5/OC and try it to play a game in max setting ( i play blade and soul and i think its not a problem for this VGA to handle such a game ) but when i see ati catalyst its say 96 degree, is this VGA overheat or just normal?

This the Specification
Motherboard : ECS H55M
PSU : Speed Power AX500-S 500W
Processor : Intel Core i3 530 2.93GHz
RAM : Muscle Power 2GB PC10600 i planning to upgrade it to 4GB along with VGA card
HDD : WDC 320GB
VGA MSI HD R7750-1GD5/OC
I run Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit

Verify that temp with another pgm, like HWMonitor. If it still reads upper 90Cs, that is too warm. Almost at the max the GPU can handle. Make sure the card's fan is turning at a fast enough speed you can feel air blowing out of the housing. If the card was used, it may need the thermal paste replaced. If the card is new, it may be defective. Return it if possible.
Check to be sure the case has good air flow, in and out. I have a Gigabyte HD 7750 OC that only hits 55C running Furmark.

Sorry I wasn't check my VGA fan, VGA fan died so i return it but it out of stock and now i got XFX R7770 as replacement

But the new problem occurs, when i connect my monitor ti VGA ( i use DVI to VGA converter) my monitor show as "Generic PnP monitor, and even i try install my monitor driver it still say "generic monitor" i use philips 192E 19", is my monitor didn't support HD 7770?

Except in rare situations, there really isn't any need for a monitor driver. Windows will load its default driver for monitors, and that usually works fine. But if you installed the Phillips driver and the install went normal, it may just be that the driver never wrote a monitor name in the Windows Registry. So Windows just says generic.
