Avoid overclocking on that motherboard. The power phases are poor (3+1) and the VRMs aren't heatsinked. Regardles of how cool your CPU is these other parts aren't good enough for overclocking.
Don't bother. The stock cooler probably won't be sufficient, and automatic overclocking will incorrectly set voltages and frequencies and can quite often result in an overheating CPU.

I recommend you learn about overclocking via BIOS rather than an automated program - you will be more knowledgeable and therefore be able to troubleshoot any potential problems, as well as getting a more stable overclock in the end.

Which motherboard do you have? It may not be suited to overclocking anyway.
