Ok i spent some time searching for components for my next PC and this is what i got:

GPU: Radeon R9 270X (i still don't know should i choose the ASUS or Sapphire version of this card)
CPU: AMD FX 8120 (its cheap, and i mainly play games and do some casual video editing and encoding for YouTube purposes)
RAM: 2x 4GB 1600MHz (I think this should be plenty, and from what i understand 1600MHz is kind of a sweetspot for performance)
SSD: Samsung EVO 840 250GB SSD (this is probably the most interesting part, because SSD's are suppose to be lighting fast, and i like that :)
Mobo: Asus M5A78L-M LX3 AM3+ (i went for the cheapest one, is this one really a good choice? Or should i invest more money?)
Power Supply: psu 550w 80+ bronze (i was told before that this one is a good choice for this rig, is it really, or should i ask the guys in the service to decide?)

This is my selection of parts, and my opinion on them. Am I right, am i wrong, you decide!
Also i would like to point out that i am using my PC mainly for gaming and casual video editing.
Also forgot to say, my monitor size is 16:9 native resolution 1600x900.

Go with FX 8320 it's only $10 more expensive and a much better chip. The per core performance of the 81xx generation is 10-15% lower than the newer chips and the newer chips performance scaled better with overclocking.

R9 270X is a great card. Also look for possible deals on GTX760. Either one will kill anything you throw at it at 1600x900 on max settings.

1600Mhz or 1866Mhz are the sweetspots. If you can get the higher at the same price go for it, but gaming you won't notice much of a difference.

Samsung EVO's are good SSD's so 250GB model should do nicely for you.

Motherboard. If you are going with FX 8320 i would recommend spending money to get an 990FX chipset motherboard.
Such as Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3. It's about 120 bucks...

Such as Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3. It's about 120 bucks but allows for overclocking and provides a stable platform for you.
If you want cheap and microATX then Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 would be the way to go. It's the only one of the Matx motherboards that might be really used for overclocking.

PSU: XFX Core Pro 550W will do as it is a really good PSU, generally 550w-650w range is right for you.
Antec,Corsair,Seasonic or XFX.

Thanks for sharing your opinion. I actually didn't know about FX 8320. So you saved me there. As for my Motherboard i think i will be going with a cheaper option, because i'm not really that much interested in overclocking
but then again i might change my mind. More cash=more performance eh :D
Thanks again!

The difference with the 'cheaper' board i recommended shouldn't be much between the asus that that one. Check for the features you get and pick the one that better fulfills your criteria.
