Need mATX MB for FX-8350

I have to assemble an AMD build in a Fractal Arc Mini case that only accepts mATX and mITX MBs. There appears to be no such thing as a mATX MB with a 9XX series chipset. Nor even any 8XX series chipsets. The best I am left with is the 760G chipset. Here is the "best" MB I have come up with so far that will fit the case and accepts the FX-8350 CPU:

I'm wondering what other folks' opinions are as to if this would be satisfactory for the FX-8350 and possibly a bit of light overclocking? Nothing extreme. Thanks.

This list shows your motherboard and shows it as one of the best alternatives in case you want to overclock. So i think you are on the right track. Very limited availability of good mATX boards as you said.

And thanks to SR-71 Blackbird for the heads-up on the version. Btw, do you think there's any chance Newegg would ship an old version of that MB? If you enlarge the pic of the MB, it shows that one to be Rev 5.
