I'm looking to replace and add to the case fans that I have I am looking to get 4 fans in total and connect them all to a fan controller. The two fans I have found that I am interested in are:

I would like the fans to be pretty much silent but to also push through a decent amount of air, I was wondering if these two are any good or if knows any better for the same price or less.
