Kind of an oxymoron, but...
What's your budget look like?
You need more than a graphics card an motherboard to build a computer as well.

Yes, that's quite a nice rig you've got there.
The bottom line would be a Radeon HD 6450 IMO. You can pick them up for around $30-35. You wouldn't be playing any intense games like Battlefield or Skyrim on it, but you can Max out Minecraft. I used to have that in my old Gaming PC. I played Battlefield 3 on Medium, or Low, depending on the environment. I maxed out Minecraft.

You could definitely play skyrim on that.
I was playing skyrim on 4870s.
Everyone underestimates what they think are old cards when they really aren't that bad, they just don't know that turning off all shadows and anti aliasing frees up so much processing power that you can run it high textures and everything that really matters with no issue.

Really? You know, it's hard to believe the XBOX 360 has only 512MB of RAM and a 500MHz ATI GPU with 10MB of DRAM. Shows just how much games can be optimized to run effectively. Also shows how held back PC gamers are because of consoles.

But in staying on topic Austin, that Radeon you have there would be great if your willing to spend $99 on it. It really wouldn't be worth it to save $40 on a cheaper card and find out you can't play what you want.
