What fans do I get for the NZXT Phantom 530?

I would suggest you to add 2x140mm fans on the top and 1x140mm fan to the side. I think you already should have 1x200mm fan at the front and 1x140mm at the back of the cabinet.

Is should already come with 4. Add 2 of these and the case will be nearly full. (still short 1 140)

Notice the airflow in CFM when looking for fans that move a lot of air... More air also means more noise. You have to choose your priorities.

to answer more noise we can go with silent fans like bitfenix spectre or coolermaster sickleflow fans

Less noise = Less airflow. Again its a matter of whether you are building an HTPC or an overclocker.
