I'm totally new to computers, and I need cooling for my computer. What cooling should I get? I have a Cooler Master HAF 912 case. I want to stay in a $100 budget with the fans, but I'll go to $125 tops if it's really worth it. Do you guys have any suggestions?

Case Cooling (in general)
--------------------------------
If you're going for very low temps and don't care too much about the sound, go for Corsair's SP120 High Performance fans.
If you're going for low temps again, maybe not exactly as low as the SP120 HP fans, but very quiet, go for Noctua's NF-F12 fans.

CPU Cooling
----------------
I highly recommend if you're looking for a GREAT CPU cooler that you're not going to have to worry about a lot, get yourself the Corsair H100i liquid cooler. It's an all in one liquid cooler, pre-filled with liquid so you never have to do anything other than mounting the radiator on the case and the block on your cpu. Corsair provides a 5 year warranty with it so if anything were to go wrong (which is VERY VERY rare, probably like 1 in 1 million), they will replace it for you, and if the liquid were to, for some reason, not last the 5 year period, they'll send you a new one.
The H100i is ideal for keeping low temps, and a quiet sound. I do recommend again if you want near no sound, switch the stock radiator fans that the H100i comes with, with the Noctua NF-F12's. The stock H100i fans are said to be loud, but they're really not too bad. But if you are into a quiet build, swap them with the Noctua's.
The H100i is generally $100-$120, so it's right in your price range. (http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835181032)

NOTE: Even if you're against liquid cooling because you think it is risky and what not, and you just want to stick with air cooling, you don't have to worry about the H100i... You might find people posting about problems with it on the internet, but think to yourself, most people don't take the time out of their day to go to a tech support website to post about how great the product is. People post problems because they need them fixed. People usually don't go out of their way to talk about how great a product is haha xD

Anyways yeah, that's my little bit of input. Hope it helps !
