Right before I try using mac os x it says "The CPU has been disabled by the guest operating system. Power off or reset the virtual machine." I don't know what to do. I am running windows 7 amd 6300 3.5 ghz and I think VMware Workstation 10 can anybody help me!

Mm sounds to me as though you didn't configure VMWare properly to host the MAC OS, I would point you back to the VMWare MANUAL (old addage RTFM). Personally I normally use https://www.virtualbox.org when I wish to 'sandbox' a second OS. You can't normally just 'install' Mac OS X onto a Windows 7 PC for a Dual Boot solution if your trying to do that.
