Windows 11 update brings advertisements to the start menu

My win 8.1 keeps freezing and i cant open games

Liek it will freez every 2 mins and non of my games will launch how do i fix this

You fix, by figuring out why it is doing this.

Check the error logs.
Update something.
Uninstall something.
