I've recently got Loadout and Warframe but I can't run'em in full screen. I set the settings to full screen on both games and changed the resolution to my monitor's, but I have an inch or so of black screen on the edges when I play these games, it's quiet annoying.

Solution
I highly recommend you change to 1920 x 1080 and adjust overscan/underscan until the image fits your screen.

LCD screens look much better at the native(recommended) resolution.

Open AMD Catalyst Control Center(if you do not have it you should install it from the AMD website.) and select My Digital Flat Panels and then Scaling Options. You may have to go all the way to 0% on the Overscan side

Are you running the same refresh rate and resolution on the desktop? Does it do this as well?

This is a common issue with over/underscan on HDMI enabled devices(some go way over the edge of the screen while others do what you are seeing). I would first check the cards control panel to see if you can change the over/underscan options to make this problem go away.

How do I do this :\?

I'm sorry aboot my noobiness.

Edit: Now it's gone for Loadout, but there is still the boarder for Warframe although I have the same resolution on both.
I've experienced this problem anywhere before.

On Warframe it still has it. And no, my computer doesn't have'em.

My video card is AMD Radeon HD 7700

My monitor is not on the recommended resolution as it has the black thing on the edges. 1600x900 (what I have now) fits it perfectly.

There are a few problems with windowed mode. Firstly, FPS/TPS games don't work well at all when it's like that. When I'm moving my mouse down and the right click for whatever reason, instead of just doing the task, it opens and options bar on the tool bar.

Strange I have played many games in Windowed fullscreen/fake full screen/border-less window mode on both Nvidia and AMD hardware. This mode looks just like full screen, but games do not minimize on alt tab, they still show behind whatever you are running.

What monitor is it anyway? and what is the recommended resolution?
