Please could someone tell me in decibels how loud the reference EVGA superclocked 780 ti is and how loud the ACX cooled version of the superclocked 780 ti is? If I could get idle and under decibels, that would be great!

I ask because my current crossfire configuration of XFX DD 7000 series radeon cards are waaay too loud and I would like to replace them. I love the design of the reference cooler but I would like to see the decibel readings before I lay any money down :)

Thanks!

even the reference card will be pretty much silent compared to your 7000 series card. The acx version is quieter still than that. even at max fan speed both the reference and axc coolers will be quieter than your 7000 series card at 55%

the acx one will overclock better than the reference, and have better temps, but remember that it will blow hot air into your case rather than blowing it out the back like the reference one does

so to sum up, both are MUCH quieter, and i think at max fan speed the reference is roughly 46db while the acx is 43. Your 7000 series can get as loud as 58db with max fan speed.

also on the specifications for each card should be the db rating for the cooler on it, so you could check that yourself for exact numbers
