I need a sub $600 gaming pc including Windows 7. I already have keyboard, mouse. monitor, etc. This computer needs to be able to play Minecraft, Battlefield 4, and Crisis 3 at decent settings. For some reason I really like Corsair and Asus, any parts that are made by them I will probably like :) . Sooo yeah. Any build suggestions (pcpartpicker if possible)?

Here's another 600 below build but with some disadvantages, the speed on the ram on this build is lower than the one that I made for you. The Mobo is an mATX which means less fan headers if you decide to add tons of fans your your build. But there is an advantage there is a 660 2GB GPU in this build.

All I could do. I couldn't bump in a 660ti or a 660 I just made it into a 7850. It's just 3 bucks over your budget:

How big of a performance difference is there in between the 2?

I would suggest getting the 6300 since its a 6 core processor and the intel core i3 is a 2 or dual core processor.

If that is the only reason I will get the cheaper one, games don't need more than 4 cores.
