What would produce more heat during use an Intel Core i7 4930K Ivy Bridge-E 3.4GHz six core CPU or an AMD R9 209X GPU?

Solution
If you overclock the processor, run the larger RAD on it. GPUs run hotter out of the box, but overclocking produces much more heat than the gpu will output.
There are too many things in play. Graphics card can handle more heat BEFORE shutting down, but that does not mean its putting out the most.

Under heavy prime95 for my cpu, and then MSI Afterburner on my gpu my CPU maxed out at 71C and the GPU at 81C.

I'm gonna be doing gaming, rendering, desktop use....
I'm more interested in overall heat consumption. I might not be able to fit 2x 280mm in my case and might have to go 1x 240mm + 1x 280mm closed loops. So I wanna know which component would benifit better from the larger radiator...

Thanks @Gamer01
I'm not planning on overclocking, im running everything out of the box...
So out of the box, the GPU will produce more heat...
