I'm planning on making videos/ animations and even gaming. So i'm planning to buy a system soon

specs are

i7-4770k
GA-Z87X-D3H
G.Skill RipjawsX 1600mhz 8GBx2
120GB Crucial M500 SSD
2TB Seagate barracuda
Zotac GTX 780Ti AMP
Rosewill Capstone 650W Gold modular
Fractal Design Arc Midi R2
Corsair H75
Viewsonic VX2370SMH

is it good ?

is 1600 mhz ram good? and is it wise for me to get a 780ti now?

Well at 1920x1080p a 780ti is overkill, the 770 will be solid for 3 years, the 780 4-5 years. If you were to buy a card now get an EVGA, they have a step up program that lasts 90 days after the purchase date so you can upgrade to the 800 series when they drop at no extra cost to you besides the difference in price.

1600mHz RAM is fine, but don't go below it for a performance rig. Considering the rest of the components, 1866 or higher would be a better fit.

So I would say no, it is not a good buy. Get an evga 770 then upgrade to an 800 series card.

Haswell likes faster RAM so I would go with 16GB of 1.6v DDR3 2133 cas 9 or 10.

A 780 Ti is pretty much overkill for 1920 x 1080. I have an EVGA GTX 780 SC ACX and it lets me max everything at 1920 x 1080. I would drop to a GTX 780 and get a larger SSD with the savings. 250GB will be much better than 120GB and even a ~500GB SSD can be found for less than $300. I got my 500GB Samsung 840 Evo for $299 on Black Friday and prices have been lower than that since then.

Rosewill Capstone or Seasonic G series power supply. The Capstone is probably as good as the G but I'm biased towards Seasonic because in general they are the best overall power supply manufacturer. There are no current models that could even be called average. They are truly excellent overall right now.

If you are going to use a closed loop cooler on a Haswell i7 go with an H100/H100i/H110.

780 Ti is overkill for 1080p in some games, no so much in Metro Last Light and Crysis 3. I love my 780 Ti on Battlefield 4 very smooth at 144Hz 1080p. The 780 Ti really showcases its performance at 1440p. If you really have the money, go shoot for the best single gpu card today. I recommend getting a 120 or 144Hz monitor in case you want a 780 Ti. Asus VG248QE is what I'm using and its great.

if you dont care about the money it is a good buy. will be secured for 4-5 years. but if you do care about money then might go for r9 270x minimum for 1080p. more or less this is the gpu heirarchy r9 270<r92 70x<gtx 760<r9 280x<gtx 770<gtx 780<r9290x(not a lot better than 780)<780ti(not a lot better thn 290x)

I live in Asia, So there is no support from evga here. I have a choice of asus gtx 780dc2oc or msi gtx 780 lightning

I'm planning to overclock them in the future and both are same price. which one should i get?

$30 looks quite cheap. From where I'm from, the difference would be about $60. Both Asus and MSI are great brands, so either go with one that matches your motherboard/case, or flip a coin.
