Is this Asrock motherboard good?

It has everything I need and more and I do not overclock.

If there are any other suggestions I'd be happy to look at them.

AS rock is "Descent" but going with a MSI B85-G43 gaming, choose this thinking about your colour choice red. But if there are none then just go with a Z97 from AS rock cheaper or a M-ATX Vanguard from Asus(Best quality), it won't make a difference.
