Overclocking and heat issue.

Hi I have decided to by a laptop with I5-3230M.
I was thinking to overclock because i will gonna run some heavy games Like BF4 and CRYSIS3.So is overclocking in a laptop cause too much heat.Is a Cooler will be enough to run my laptop normal or it just will damage the hardware?

It'll damage the hardware extremely. Laptops are not for over clocking. Running crysis 3 and bf3 with that mobile CPU is not a smart decision. That i5 is only a dual core and very power restricted one at that compared to desktop processors. If you have a good mobile gpu you might get away with medium setting at really low resolutions. Any other older games should run ok on that CPU but still not a good choice for gaming

No CPU in a laptop i have ever seen even allows overclocking(could be wrong) tho even if u could i would highly doubt the cooler could take it

I Think U had seen >i3 Laptops.Yes i5 and most of AMD(I don't wanna take name of them)Do overclocking.

Some do, some don't. It's really random as to which laptops can and cannot overclock. I've done a *little* overclocking on my 2012 Sony Vaio S with an i7. It certainly didn't do the laptop any favors, but it can be done.
