Is this going to be enough to power my build

Solution
Hyper 212 Evo requires 2.6 - 2.8 W whereas the recommended PSU for GPU is 600W. Your current choice of PSU will be sufficient for your system. However, following considerations may be looked into:

1. Stick to Noctua series Air Cooler with NH-U14S or NH-14D (Beast!)
2. If you plan to upgrade in future and go for CrossFire I would recommend you to buy 850W + PSU due to the system requirement at that time.

You'll need 750W PSU for sure. R9 280X itself will take about 500W and also you are going to OC your FX6300 plus you need to provide some extra space for them to breed. (Max.TDP sometimes uses extra power than stated)

So far the benchmark results have shown that this card takes about 370W when at full stress. This figure varies from one test to other test because certain variables also play their role. But this is enough to show that your selection will work. However, this PSU is nearly 86% in terms of efficiency, but still it will work.

Remember, PSU does not always give you the rated wattage but the only what is required by the system. You would have to look into my proposed considerations though.
