GTX 780ti or R9 290x

i'll be buying 2 of them and watercooling them, i'll be playing games at 2560x1440 and hopefully 4k in the future, which card should i get?

The 780 ti is more powerful. But if you plan to play mostly bf4 the 290x would be better for mantle support.

The only thing to add is right now because of litecoin miners the 290x tend to be over priced.

On new egg the 780ti and 290X are about the same price so personally I would go for the 780 ti unless you can find a 290x at AMD orignal MSRP.

I'd get the 780ti. Mantle so far only seems to be helpful on systems that have a cpu and or ram bottleneck. And currently only bf4 has mantle support.

780Ti is powerful than the R9 290X. The difference is only the price, where 780Ti is more expensive.
