Hey,

I have a GTX 770, and for a while now I've been getting poor gaming performance.

Tried overclocking both the GPU and the CPU with no noticeable change.

Specifications of my computer:-

- CPU: 3470
- RAM: 4GB
- PSU 500w Cooler Master (I suspect this is the culprit)
- GPU: GTX 770

Most of the games are 32-bit applications which won't use more than 2GB of RAM. So before booting a game make sure you have 2GB of free RAM available. You can use some RAM cleaning tools like Game Booster or some other app for this, which will help free up some RAM in case RAM is under high usage. There are some 64 bit game versions as well like Crysis has both x86 and x64 .exes.

Due to these reasons, 8GB is considered a sweet spot these days where a gamer can do many things at once and not worry about RAM consumption.

I'll see if I can get a new PSU or borrow one of a friend - I got another 2GB of RAM to make 6GB, with little difference.
