I have an dell inspiron 660s. It has an 220w psu and an nvidia gt 620. I am going to upgrade my psu to 430w. My problem is after upgrading will the nvidia gtx 660 even fit in my case?

No. I have a 660s too. No.No.No.No. Just remove the case and the PSU and swap the PSU and the 620 out and leave it on a surface or get a new case or reinstall. I am a owner of a GTX 780 with the dell mobo and 3330s CPU.
If not, get a low profile 630 or 640 and just slap it in there.

Basically, the case is small. Change the case and keep the components, than change whatever you want.

Just to add to the mix - you cannot upgrade PSU in Inspiron 660 Slim, the dimensions are proprietary - only changing case will help!
