I am gonna upgrade my pc. I think for that I am gonna need a new chasis. But I don't have enough money to buy a new psu. I have a space casing with a 400w power supply. Can I attach that psu to a thermaltake commander msi? And anyways do I need to change chasis if I change motherboard and processor. I am new to this hardware stuff. So don't laugh

Yes, the powersupply will be compatible with the new case. However it may not have enough wattage and the sufficient connectors for the new parts. What PSU do you have and what new parts are you thinking of getting?
