Hello guys I want to build my first gaming PC and I have chosen AMD Radeon r9 280x for my build however i m puzzled with the fact that there are so many versions of the same card/different manufacturers. Moreover i see huge price difference of like 2k-5k(in Rupees) I want to know if different manufacturers affect the performance of the card in a considerable way. I also want to know which manufacturer do you prefer to buy AMD Radeons. I hail from Delhi,India if any one of you have suggestions for where i can get this card at minimum, that is also welcome. Thank You and have a cheerful day.

If you want an enthusiast R9 280x, which kicks ass, get the Toxic from Sapphire.
I own one and it's pretty cool, but be sure you have enough room in your case because it's huge.

If you want a good mix of performance, price and cooling, get the model from ASUS or in this case especially I can recommend the Vapor-X from Sapphire, which is great! "Vapor-X" is a cooling solution from Sapphire which knows how to do its job!

The stock performance difference will be minimal as the only variation is a small factory overclock which will be the same for many vendors. The more expensive ones will have better cooling which allow greater overclocks while being quieter and cooler. If you are not bothered about overclocking get one of the cheaper ones, if you are a mid range one will be fine.
