I guess you are a bit afraid of the *harder instlation of it :).
At that price range there is nothing better than it, don't be, watch some tuts and you will be ok :)

Everyone will agree with 212 evo, for that price there's nothing better.
Aaand it cooles 4.2 Ghz i7 on 60C on max usage wich is just great for that price!

Go for it, you won't regret :)
