Hi

Check if you have installed the graphic card correctly, sometimes the graphic card can come out from its slot.

Open Device Manager by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking System and Security, and then, under System, clicking Device Manager.‌ Here you are view your graphic card and viewing its properties, you will be able to update or roll back the drivers if needed.

Alternatively, to find out information of your system, hit start, in the search box type System Information and see if your graphic cards shows up.

Also when installing your drivers, make sure you install the correct bits, as you might be running Windows 7 32-bit or 64-bit.

Hope this helps, keep me updated.

thanks for the advice, the graphics card appears to be ok now, it did manage to install properly so now its recognising the proper one, a radeon r7 260x, i can play games at least, and the cd installed fine.

Now im having other issues, i cannot connect to the internet (currently connected tethered to samsung s5), it seems the motherboard disk wont work, it hasnt recognised my cd/dvd rom for the motherboard, - getting this message here -

Motherboard support CD does not support this operating system - (WNT_6.1H_64_MCE.)

and my ethernet drivers are all gone as well. Im about ready to pull my hair out and just put it in the shop :(
