780 Ti GHz low fps

Hey. I have just bought the 780 Ti GHz Edition and I must say that I get unpleasantly low fps in most games (below 60). I have gotten myself Windows 8 and done a fresh install to make sure I won`t have any driver issues. I also checked that my card is running good temps, clocks.... everything seems like it is going like it should, but it just isn`t. help would be very much apreciated.

Specs:

Corsair TX850W PSU
MSI z77 Mpower
Intel I5 3570K (unclocked since I dont know how to do that)
GTX 780 Ti GHz edition

Update your motherboards bios and drivers straight from their website. Do not use the msi update tool go to their website and search the newest firmware. Also make sure all power cables are connected correctly

I have already done this. I don`t use the MSI flash update tool. I update via USB. my Version is 17.12. That is the lastest one acording to them, and all the Power cables are Connected properly. Thanks for the reply though.

What game are you testing on?

I think its just the unlucky case of receiving a Faulty Card. A way i checked to see if My card was faulty was by running the Unigine Heaven 4.0 Benchmark.. i Got half the score everyone else was getting with the same card.

give it a try, it's free to download.. you should score about 1500+ with an i7 3570K + 780 if its a significant amount lower then i would say it is faulty.

Sounds like theres nothing wrong with it. What games are you getting the low score on?

Borderlands 2
League of Legends
AC 4
Planetside 2
War thunder

these are some of them. mostly newer games. I also play older games like system shock 2, but it is needless to say I have no problems With them

BTW: Drivers are up to date.

What size monitor and how many? Resolution of these monitors and the resolution you're playing at...? Can't see anything out of the ordinary at the moment...
