hello everyone ;
can any one give me an advise how can i build pc for less than 500$ knowing that i use computer for regular surfing web , heavy downloading , could play sometimes " if i could play NFS most wanted 2012 will be great " and if my studies requires more stuff i will OC the cpu

Solution
oh, that's even better!!!!

Intel i5 4570 $199
Cooler master Hyper 212 EVO CPU cooler $39.99
ASRock H87-PERFORMANCE $99.99
Asus GTX 650ti Boost 2GB 192-Bit $135.99, this is great as it supports SLI (two cards connected up as basically one) for the future.

Now i went for a $200 CPU, as It would be more worth while going for a better CPU over a graphics card for the meantime. As for the GTX 650Ti Boost, it will be able to play NFS MW 2012, it'll play all games but won't be able to max them out but can on less graphic intense games.
Well if $500 is your budget, I'd put in a Quad Core AMD CPU, as they are cheap but better then a dual core i3 in terms of software use and price, anyone want to argue that please reconsider. Though Intel are so much better at gaming then AMD, this wasn't named a gaming PC so it should be fine. Dual core is becoming a problem for some applications now so going a Quad core will be necessary. The OC Capabilities of a AMD Quad core processor are decent.

I will make a parts list for you just for you to consider: (Newegg)
AMD FX-4300 Quad Core CPU 3.8GHz turbo to 4.0GHz$109.99
ASRock 970 PRO3 R2.0 AM3+ $64.99
Asus DVD Drive $19.99
Cooler Master HAF 912/blue edition $59.99
Corsair CX500 500 Watt PSU $59.99
Corsair Vengeance 8GB 1600MHz Blue Heat spreater $80.99
PowerColor 7790 1GB 128-Bit $109.99

Total $505.93, Now close enough but that is a great PC for the price mind you, and has some pretty good performance for just over $500
