Hi guys, first of all, sorry for my bad English, I'm Italian, however I'll start with my current config:
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P
CPU: FX-6300
Graphics: Gigabyte GTX760 OC windforce x3
RAM: 8GB (2x4GB) g.skill ripjaws 1600 MHz
PSU: Corsair CX500
and now the problem, I've managed to get a stable OC of my FX-6300, at 4.2 GHz, with only a slight increase of the Vcore, but I noticed that every time I saved some settings in the bios, the pc would then reboot, but it manages to actually power on only at the second try, always failing the first try. I've read in the Gigabyte stiky post about the normal double boot, but mine is a bit different because this happens when the computer is completly powered off and I just turn it on too.
If I load the default settings then all is working fine, so it must be something with the oc I suppose, keep in mind that the oc seems stable, having passed some 20 hours under prime, and when it powers on I can use it without problems, no BSOD, no crashes, nothing.
I really can't figure out what it could be, it's not really a problem for me, I just want to be sure it won't hurt the mobo or cpu or whatever.
