I was working with my computer and it tried to boot into windows. While it was loading into windows, I pressed and held the power button to keep it of. I was trying to boot from a USB. When I turned it back on, the monitor would not recognize the signal. If I pressed the power button, it would just turn off without me holding it. I tried to receive signal on my inboard graphics and my cards graphics, neither of which would work.

Turn the power off at the power supply if it has a switch. Otherwise, unplug it from the wall outlet/ups.

Remove the USB device from which you were attempting to boot.

Wait 20 minutes and try again to boot from the normal boot device.

If that works and it again won't boot from the USB device, I'm guessing the unexpected power off toasted the USB device.
