RAM speed dropped when extra memory added

i have a laptop with a 2GB Elpida DDR3 PC3-12800 memory installed when i bought it,i added extra RAM 2GB Kingston DDR3 PC3-10600 and the RAM speed dropped from 800MHz to 667MHz..how would i gain back the lost 133MHz??

You added 1333 to an existing 1600 so they are going to run at the slower (1333) speed, sadly few laptops allow for much in the way of DRAM adjusting, so it's change to a set of 1600 or stick with 1333
