I'm about to build my computer."(Just setup your CPU with cooler, gpu, PSU, and ram in your motherboard on top of your motherb

How can I check my components before putting them in the case ,I planning a Water cooling set up,so I have no cooling on the CPU, or anything else for that matter,so how can I check before putting it all in the case. Does someone have a good idea or trick.( can I check them with a Meter or something) and How

  1. Just to make sure the components work, install the stock CPU cooler, and boot that way. From here, you can install Windows (or Linux/ Mac OS X), or you can just go into the BIOS and check that everything is identified and is working.
