7770 best single slot gpu?

Is is there a better single slot gpu than 7770 http://pcx.com.ph/powercolor-hd7770-1gb-gddr5-128bit-ax7770-1gbd5-dh.html.

and is it a worth upgrade from 7730 1gb gddr5?

my case/system is optiplex 780 mini tower so there are limits on what size a videocard it fits.(dual bracket videocards not supported, 7.5 inches long until heatsink)

So should i just save some money for new pc and endure(do not know the right word) my current system? or get a decent psu and upgrade my videocard to 7770/650 and do my e7600 cpu bottle neck this videocards?my motherboard socket is 755.

My cpu is a problem too don't know if it will bottleneck the gpu and if there is a decent updated cpu for it, that's why I'm thinking if I'll just wait and get a new rig.

what do you guys think?

and by the way, the GTX 650 you stated earlier is actually two slot, the metal panel is only one slot but the fan takes up two (look at the image looking at the card facing the ports). Glad if i could help
