Upgrade or build new?

I'm looking to upgrade my current rig. It's 4 years old and I'm not sure if it's worth it.
i5 750 No OC
AMD 5850(Upgrade to R9 270)
8GB of RAM
Upgrade HDD to SSD (Samsung EVO 250GB).

Will my CPU bottleneck the GPU? Should I wait to just build a new one?

I would give the GPU and SSD upgrades a test run, see how it performs for you. The processor isn't bad - definitely not top of the line, but still has some horsepower....8GB RAM should be plenty. If you decide to upgrade the CPU/Mobo - you can still transfer the SSD and GPU.
