GTX 770m SLI vs one GTX 780m

Solution
one 780m. two 770m will be more expensive, throw off more heat, suffer from frametime problems, as well as imperfect scaling in all games.

Especially for laptops, one gpu is a much better choice. get a desktop if you want sli

Pretty much what Brantyn said. Especially in this case; the 770m is a 960 shader chip, while the 780m is a 1536 shader chip with a slightly faster clock rate. This means you'd need almost perfect scaling for the SLI setup to even match the performance of the 780m.
