Hi,
I have a PC with the specifications of: AMD FX-8320, R9 270X, 8GB RAM.
I can run pretty much all games on very high settings but for some reason on ARMA 3 multiplayer I have to run on all low settings and I get around 20FPS. Why is this? And is there a way to fix it?

Thank you!

Have you checked your GPU driver? is it up-to-date?
How many players in the room?
ARMA III is a really demanding game. I tested it before and i got like 25 fps tops.

Have you try to find a patch for the game?
try Checking the game verison

Hi,
Thanks for replying. This is my CPU usage when playing the game on multiplayer: http://imgur.com/fXwSTBi
and how would I check my GPU driver (it's an R9 270x). Also, there are 65 people playing in the server.
Thanks

Check the driver version from device manager or from AMD's graphics properties (right-click on desktop)
Download AMD's latest driver from AMD's website and go to support and driver
Of course your GPU is going to suffer from a rendering ARMA 3's spectacular graphics(high settings) plus 65 players in the room.

Ok, I have installed that and rebooted, I also went into my Asus BIOS and saw there was a thing called turbo mode should I turn this on? (I have an NZXT Respire CPU cooler)

Try to play the game first. If problem still exist, then you should probably try OC-ing your CPU ( Turbo Mode).
But i don't recommend OC-ing because you already got an 8-core FX which is a high-end CPU.
